At Joseph of the North Shore, customers can initiate the refund process without the hassle of waiting on a customer service representative to assist them. We have a streamlined refund and return process built into our website that allows customers to directly contact us via our website or directly contact us over the phone. We also have a dedicated customer service team available to answer any of our customers’ questions or concerns about the refund process.

When returning a product, customers can choose from one of three ways. If the item was shipped directly from Joseph of the North Shore, the customer can choose either to return the item in-store or ship it back to us. If the item was purchased from a retail location, then the customer can return the product to the store from which it was purchased or to Joseph of the North Shore directly. Customers returning items directly to Joseph of the North Shore must include all original packaging and/or include a copy of the original purchase receipt.

We offer a full refund or exchange on products purchased from Joseph of the North Shore within 30 days of purchase. When initiating a return, the refund or exchange-in-store will be issued in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase. If a return were to occur after 30 days and up to 60 days, only store credit will be issued. In some cases, we may request a valid form of ID to verify the original purchase prior to processing any refunds.
